The mobile number 9101164876 and 6351373500 is not an official IGL customer‑care number. 2. I have not received any prior notice from IGL regarding a pending bill or impending disconnection. 3. The message contains several typographical errors (“update” instead of “updated”, missing punctuation), which are typical of phishing attempts. I suspect this SMS is a scam intended to deceive consumers into contacting the listed number and possibly divulging personal or financial information. Requested action: - Register a formal complaint against the sender of this fraudulent SMS. - Investigate the origin of the number 9101164876 and take appropriate legal action. - Advise IGL and other relevant authorities to alert consumers about this scam.
